Pensioners in India can submit Life Certificate online using Jeevan Pramaan. Let’s see how to download the submitted life certificate as a PDF document.

When the pensioner submits the Digital Life Certificate online, his Pension Disbursing Agency will get this information updated in their system. There is no need for the pensioner to send this personally to the disbursing agency.

However, if you, as a pensioner, want to keep a copy of the Digital Life Certificate for your information and reference, you can do so. After submitting Jeevan Pramaan, you can download a PDF version of the life certificate from the Jeevan Pramaan portal.

When you successfully complete the biometric authentication and submit the Jeevan Pramaan life certificate, you will get a success message to your mobile phone and also to the email (if you gave the email id) as shown below.

This message will provide a website link and a Pramaan ID to view your life certificate online. See the above image.

Click on the website link. The following web page will open.

Enter the Pramaan ID and the Captcha code in the fields. Click on “Generate OTP”.

Then you will get an OTP in your mobile phone.

Enter the OTP. Click “Login”.

Now you will login to a page called Pensioner’s Corner.

Here you can view your Digital Life Certificate or Jeevan Pramaan Patra. It will display all your details like name, photo, PPO No, Aadhaar No , Date of Birth, Mobile No, Pramaan ID and the date and time of biometric authentication.

Click on the button to download Jeevan Pramaan life certificate to your computer.

Open the downloaded PDF file which is your life certificate. It will be in the above format.

After download, now you can log out from the page.
