To install Jeevan Pramaan application, first you have to download it from the Jeevan Pramaan portal. Go to this page to download the software. Enter your email id and the captcha and press the ‘I Agree’ button. Now you will receive an OTP in that email.

Enter that OTP in the field and press ‘Submit’ button.

Click on the first ‘Download Jeevan Pramaan ‘ link under the heading ‘For Windows OS’.

Now you see a message alert telling that download link has been sent to your email id. Press OK and the email.

Click on the Jeevan Pramaan Installer link in the email. (The link will work only once. If you get ‘session token expired’ message, you have to repeat the download procedure). Now in the bottom left area of the browser you can see the file is being download as a zip file. Extract the zip file to a convenient folder on your computer.

Please note, Before installing Jeevan Pramaan application, downloading and installing the RD service should be already completed as mentioned in the previous section.

Open the folder where you have extracted Jeevan Pramaan app. Right click on the Jeevan Pramaan Installer application and select ‘Run As Administrator’.

This will launch the Jeevan Pramaan Installer.

Follow the instructions to complete the Jeevan Pramaan installation.

When you see the following screen click ‘Finish’ to close the setup. Now you have completed the process of installing Jeevan Pramaan application on your computer.

After installing Jeevan Pramaan application, don’t forget to ‘Restart RD Service‘ before the next step which is running the Jeevan Pramaan app and generate the Digital Life Certificate.
